I have windows server 2003 install to another computer in my network .this computer found in domain but some times when you make connect to this server(or make ping) it make request time out and then after one minute it connect without any change in cable or any thing why this problem made.

Troubleshooting:
1. Change network cable on both ends (computer end and on the switch)
2. Update network card drivers
3. Swap out network card
4. Scan for malware
5. Turn off firewall to see if that is the problem
