Windows Server 2003 Memory Problem

I have a Dell poweredge 2800 with dual 3.2GHz Processors and 4GB of RAM. The system bios reads the RAM as 4096MB which is correct but when I check the system information in Windows 2003 Server it only Shows 3.25GB.

Any ideas guys??

Have you tried the /3Gb switch in the start up file (boot.ini)

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!
