When I reboot (WIN2KP, Novell client 4.81) I first get the following message:

Windows NT/2000 Security Message:
Failed to login to the Windows NT/2000 workstation.

When I click OK, the Netware login screen comes up, but it has "Workstation Only" checked and the login name is Administrator.

When I uncheck "Workstation Only", my usual name appears as the login name and I can log in.

How can I fix this so I just get the regular Netware login screen with my proper login name and no "workstation only"?

Note: The is no Microsoft client installed.

Thank You

You may want to go to the following registry key in 2000.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\Login]
"Location"=dword:00000000
"Variables"=dword:00000000
"Advanced"=dword:00000001
"Offline"=dword:00000000
"Default WS Login"=dword:00000001

Check for the "Defualt WS Login" key. If you have one, remove it, or you can just change the value from 1 to 0. This should help.

Thanks for the reply. I looked in the registry and there was no such key as "Default WS Login". Any further help appreciated.
