Window's prompt when insert a USB storage

Hi,

On Windows XP, every time you insert a USB removable storage, it prompts you whether you want to open it with a certain application or don't do anything. Well, on this one computer, I don't get that prompt, and wonder if anyone knows how to make it happen, again. Thank you for any suggestion.

Stick the device in, right click on it in my computer & choose properties, then autoplay. For some reason it must be set to 'no action'.
