Hi, i'm looking to develop a PHP & MySQL website and was wondering what a good development enviroment is for these two.

All i know of is NuSphere's PHPed which is nice and i think can do simple things like manage MySQL users\permissions & tables as well as all the syntax highlighting\debugging for PHP.

So, any comments would be great thx. if at first you don't succeed, get a 10lb lump hammer

There is a free web based admin tool for PHP called phpMyAdmin which you can get from
There is also a desktop service tool which you can get but the name of it escapes me at the moment.

Macromedia Dreamweaver MX has fully incorporated PHP development features.
