Hi,

I have a lot of patches on my d$\SUS\content\cabs folder. Some of them are from year 2000!!!
Is it possible to erase them? What are the threats if I do that. Is it necessary to keep them somwhere?

Have you upgraded to the latest patch managemnt from Microsoft? WSUS? It should do any cleanup you need... or better yet, you may just want to uninstall the old one, then delete the SUS folder and install the new one... that way you know for sure it will do what it needs. Here is the link....
