Windows NT4 server doesn't sync with AD on 2003/2000

Hi All,
I have a mixed envi of 2003/2k and NT4. One of my files servers started acting up since a few days ago. All my PDC and dhcp and DNS are 2k3 servers,also using exchange 2k3.
Once I set up a user on 2k3 servers, user can be seen and access anything on all server but one fileserver that is running nt4.

It was working till a few days ago ! No error message in any event viewer...
ANy idea ??
