Windows NT4 audio problem

Need help desperately! I sent a project on CD-Rom to a client. There is a narration which accompanies each page. The CD-Rom works on all formats except for Windows NT4. The client says the audio is choppy. The audio files are .wav files saved in the IMA ADPCM format. They checked there computer and it already has all of the codecs installed. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.
