HELP! WE HAVE A WINDOWS NT GATEWAY 450 WORKSTATION RUNNING NOVELL NETWARE CLIENT 4.6 THAT WILL NOT SHUT DOWN.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Sort by date Sort by votes
use ctrl + alt + del and end all programs running and all the processes you can. Then try shuting it down. Chances are there is a process causing your computer to hang. Try it.

Also if you haven't already tried this. Press ctrl + alt + del and then choose shut down from there.
