Windows NT Workstation-Norton Antivirus 2002

I am told Norton antivirus 2002 is the latest version which will run on Windows NT workstation. It has been running fine and now all of a sudden I got an LU 1899 error (subscription problem where it does not see my subscription) and says need to reinstall.
Suggestions? When I go on Symantec help they tell me 2002 NAV is unsupported but if this is the latest version recommended for Windows NT, what do you suggest?
Reinstall?
