I have a problem with the setting in DNA5

only one user is affected.

When the user logs on he has to use his user name and password, despite wether the setting in the user config , is set to use windows NTlog on.

I've killed the user, copied another user, but still no joy.
no one else has this problem

is the a bug/fix ?

cheers

In some configurations the username in NT/w2k is always handled with capital letters. You can check this by with "echo %USERNAME%" at the command prompt.

Good luck
Fredrik

cheers will check,
but this doesnt (I dont think) explain why the others work, for example

AngelaA ok
SnowmanR ok
JazzyjefF not ok !

Hi
If you wont to add a User from NT Domain to DNA, user name in DNA user list must be exactly this same
For example
NT user is mark then in DNA must be mark not Mark or marK
Look to Domain user list and check the letter size. Letter by letter

To logon to the domain, letter size in user name field is not important

cheers I think that will fix, my user did the echo username

and it returned

ABcedfg

where as his DNA is Abcdefg !

I'll get him to change it, this should fix

cheers again fellas
