Windows NT login error

When tryin to login as user, loop occurs and goes back to 'press ctrl+del+del to login'. Administrator works, but user profile not. What could this be? Pls help.

Logon as admin and check that the folder: "C:\winnt\profiles\default user" exist. If not the users won´t get any profile and is unable to logon. Copy this folder from any other workstation or NT-server.
