Windows NT Application Error

When I right click on task bar go to properties and click on start menu programes and when I click on remove button I get an message Indicating (An application error has occurred and application log is being generated. Explorer.exe Exception: Access violation (0xc0000005),Address 0x715a5f94. Has this happend to anyone else. Please help. Thank you, [sig][/sig]

Best work-around I can think of is to go to the profiles and edit the menu.
Sure can remember that happening in the dim past...have you applied any of the service packs? Seems like the later ones may have fixed it. [sig]<p> <br><a href=mailto: > </a><br><a href= > </a><br> [/sig]
