Windows NT Account

When I go to the mailbox resources screen, I see the mailboxes and a lot of them have the domain\administrator listed as the Windows NT Account. Yet when I go to their mailboxes under Recipients, I see a different account under Primary Windows NT Account. Why is that?

When you look at the mailbox resources screen you're looking at the last user to logon to the mailbox, where as what you see when you look at the mailbox properties is the primary account for that mailbox.

I assume the administrator account is being used to do a bricks level backup on your mailboxes hence it's the last account to access the mailboxes
