windows NT 4.0 SP6 blue screen when we loginas administartor

Hello Members,
I am having windows NT4 with sp6,when i login as a administrator we get blue screen & dump gets generated,if i login with some other user then no problem server works fine.we repaired nt4 & also swaped memeory dimm's but still same .if anybody encountered this problem??

Connect to the machine remotely, map a drive to C$, rename the Administrator account profile directory, then logon locally and see if that worked.

Its possible there is something in the user profile causing this, or a corrupt ntuser.dat file.
