Windows NT 4.0 SAN Fiber Channel Question

Hi,

I have a situation where I need some help. I have a NT box with 2 fiber cards that connect to 2 different fiber switch's. Those 2 fiber switchs then connect to the same SAN drive (which is an HP XP 512). It is set up in this way for redundancy.

My question is, can NT 4 have 2 fiber cards connected to the same SAN, configured on the same partion, and if one card fails, then it fails over to the other card??
if yes, how do you do this???
