Windows NT 4.0 - hosting web-sites viewable to the public via an ip

Hi there,

i have a broadband connection, and want to be able to host my own web-site from my windows nt 4.0 server, how can i do it. it is not important if it just has an IP address instead of a URL or not, but please help me someone...
