Windows not working with Fastt

Hi.

I have a problem with a Fastt 700 maybe somebody could give me a clue for solving it.
I have a Fastt 700 in a SAN accessed by AIX and Windows server. AIX servers are doing fine but Windows cannot use Fastt storage, I have assigned two LUNs to each Windows 2000 server and they see then as device and I am able to format them and assign them a Windows letter (F but when I tried to open the disk with Explorer it shows the message:
F:The system cannot find the device specified
Fastt does not report errors
No errors in the event log.
Nothing changes with a reboot.

¿What can I do?

HI,

Did u check documentation for windows installation? Are the ff loaded? HBA drivers, RDAC, SMutils, SMagent? Did u map LUNS to windows HBA WWnames?
