Hi,

I'm a newbie when it comes to Windows 2003 and its clustering. Is it possible to configure NLB with 2 servers that are on different subnets?

From my research, it doesn't seem likely.
Thanks

Nope. Not with Windows Load Balancing Services. You may be able to do it with 3rd party HW, but that can cost a lot of $$$.
