Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure Call Service

Before logging into the internet:
1. Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up task manager and end the process msblast.exe
2. Start, Run, services.msc
Scroll to the Remote Procedure Call service and set its
Recovery options (all three) to "Take No Action"
3. Run Windows update to install the RPC vulnerability patch for the msblast problem.
4. Update your virus defintions, and then do a thorough scan of your boot volume.
