Windows Mobile 6.5/Exchange 2003 HTML Problems

Hi All,

I have posted this in the Exchange 2003 forum because Im guessing this is more to do with the server than the client device.

Basically, I have a Windows Mobile 6.5 device that is to be connected to an Exchange 2003 server. The server has other devices connected (iPhones) and these work fine and dont give the problem described below.

Basically, no matter what I do, E-Mail is always pushed to the Windows Mobile device in text format. Ive changed the settings within ActiveSync on the device to HTML and this has no effect.

E-Mail will send and recieve without any issues, and everything else regarding the server seems to work fine (OWA, etc). All other clients (namely Outlook and iPhone) get HTML mail without any issues.

Any help with this is much appreciated.
