I recently received an error on my Windows XP system from Norton antivirus as follows (not exact wording):
Norton anitvirus was unable to scan windows messenger and this may allow files received from windows messenger to contains virus, etc.
Well, I try to go into my Norton Antivirus setup to disable Windows messenger, and I am not able to view this page, as the graphics get messed up. I am using Norton 2002 I believe.
Also, my internet explorer has been acting up. I can't click on hyperlinks within webpages and connect to them, and also I can't print from IE. I believe I am using IE 6.0.
Are these problems related and how can I fix them.
Thanks!!
