Howdy,

One of my users is experiancing an error message when trying to connect to our SIP server.

An HTTPS or TCP connection could not be made. Please wait for your network administrator to correct this problem, and try again later.

Now other people throughout our organization are using this fine and this is the first person I've seen get this message. Is there a setting on there local computer that I need to change or take a look at?

Thanks,
Dd.

Ddraig,

Check the Internet "Options" "Advanced" Tab and scrool down to the "Security" Settings.

Do this on a client that does not have this problem, and make the problem client match.

There are check boxes for SSL access as you are on a network I would place emphasis on matching settings to a functioning client.
