Windows Media Player...Picture too big...Out of Screen

Any idea why all my videos play out of screen (picture too big)? I was using WMP10 and Ace Codecs. Downgraded to WMP9 and removed Ace. All in vain. Tried PowerDVD instead of WMP and still the same. Anyone encountered this problem before?
