Hello,
On some of the Windows 2000 computers we have, I am unable to view the Media Guide in Windows Media Player 9. It displays the page saying "The page cannot be dispalyed," as if there is no Internet connection. However, the other functions work fine, such as: playing CD, accessing Radio tuners, etc. Internet Explorer settings are the same, and don't seem to have any problems. RealOne and QuickTime don't have any problems either. We have not been able to narrow down the possibility. Re-installing and cleaning up the computers did not help. If you have any suggestion, please help. Thank you very much.

what 'cleaning up' did you do? It does sound like something specifically targetted at Media Player. Have you tried hijacktis? If you've a reasonable idea of what's ok to be in the machine, you should be able to spot potential problem causes from the list it produces (I'm not suggesting you publish the whole log here, like some do, IMO that's a waste of time. I'm assuming you'd have a reasonable idea of picking likely problem entries).
