On my W2k system, I upgraded from Media player 6 to 7.1 It plays .wav files well, but on .avi video files, you open a file, press PLAY and the little indicator moves, but there is no video and no sound. Player 6.0 had a troubleshooting section in HELP, Player 7 does not. What to check??
