Every time I've played the file with Windows Media 9, the error I've received is OXCOOD1199: Cannot play the file. Anybody have an idea how to fix this? Thanks in Advance!

What file are you trying to play? I get errors when I try to play certain "streaming" files, since I'm on dial-up and you need hi-speed connections.

The type of file I'm seeing is TORRENT file and I'm using the dial-up.

I read that "Torrent" is the way to go. So far I've not had any luck with it. In theory, instead of downloading from one site you are connected with ALL sites who have this file and reduce the download time. How-ever...if any one of these sites are down - well you can guess the results! I wouldn't worry, just download the old way and wait until they perfect the system.
