Windows ME,usb,scanner

Hi
Can anyone help?????.Tommy is having difficulty in installing a Canon FB630U scanner after upgrading from Win 95 to ME and fitting a PCI USB card.The error message reads
"error in getting the twain data source".Has anyone else had the same hassle???.Any clues would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.I have downloaded the ME twain driver from the Canon site and installed it.The machine has been rebooted and still no joy.
