Hi, I have Windows Me with the version of Internet Explorer (5.50) and sometimes my system freezes when I open a Virtual Card, for example in or the ones of Yahoo Postals. Those cards come with sound and animated images and freezes the computer. I don't know why is the reazon for it. My sound and video drivers are well installed without conflicts. My system is a Celeron 433 Mhz and 128 MB of Ram and a hard disk of 4.3 GB.
Any suggestion, would be very appreciated. Thank You!!

Ok, you might try this:

Go to Internet Explorer and go to the Tools menu>Internet Options, and then on the General Tab under Temporary Files click Delete Files and then a box will open asking you to confirm, click OK. Then close IE and re-open it and try viewing the card.

I know this sounds like a weird fix, but I've had a quite a bit of success with this method. What I think happens is that IE's file Cache get's screwed and it doesn't know enough to pitch a corrupted file that is freezing your PC.

Hope this helps,
-Peter
