windows me fat conversion

upgraded from window 98 to ME and my c: drive is fat 16 I need to convert to fat 32 so I can resize it. Any ideas?
is Power Quest Partion Magic 6.0 the only way?

Is there not a utility in Windows Me to convert FAT16 to FAT32. There is in Windows 98. It is usually part of accessories.

If you have Partition magic, I would use that, safter in my opionion than trusting some microsoft utility to do it for you.

By all means, don't trust the people who wrote the OS to change the FAT it resides on. Rely soley on a third party program that cost $$$ to do it for you.
