Windows Me don't have russian fonts

I install new Windows Me and it doesn't have russian fonts. i tried to install russian fonts but it doesn't work too. I think maybe this something with some fonts btu I reinstall all fonts one more time. Maybe some have some suggestions all some ideas let me know.

If the font is a TTF, then sometimes a restart is necessary for it to become active. Cheers,
