Hello Everyone -
- Exchange 2003 servers with Outlook 2002 clients.

One client gets a Windows login prompt whenever individual opens an email from someone that has an HTML signature. Person attempts authenticating three times and although emails is eventually seen, the signature does not appear; just shows the square where it should be.

Any ideas?

TIA

this has happend to a few users, sometimes it's from the same sender. i believe it has to do with their signature. in our case two of the times were internal emails, we removed the company logo (bmp, jpg, etc) from their sigs and resent. The receiver was able to open the email w/out being prompted. It's happend with outside senders but we cant control their sigs. rarely happens but you can give that a shot.

good luck,

ceez
