Windows Login dialog box

Putting together a cheat sheet for users (most of whom are unfamiliar with computers beyond sending email. Looking for a picture of the Windows login dialog box - lol dopey me - without thinking, I tried to get a screenshot SURPRISE!!! didnt work. :~/
Anyway, anyone have one they can share or a suggestion on what to use?
