Help!
My development environment - 2 VMWare Servers
1st Server(DOF-SPS-VDEV01) - Windows 2003 Std SP2 NLBS Single NIC, SQL Server Enterprise 2005, Services include Central Admin, Excel Calculation, Search, Project Server, Incoming Email and Web Application
2nd Server(DOF-SPS-VDEV02)Windows 2003 Std SP2 NLBS Single NIC, Services include Project Server, Incoming Email and Web Applications
Problem: I can successful stop the Web Applications on the 2nd server and the web sites will continue to work. Once I stop the first server the web sites no longer work. The web appplication service is still running on the 2nd server but the sites are down. Load balance address in the web application is DPF-SPS-VDEV with it' own IP address.
Does load balancing only work with web fornt end servers?
Thanks
