Windows Intergrated Security over different domains

I have a site set up on one domain and the users using the site in another. When the users log into the site the user returned is that of the user logged into the server where the site resides.

How do I get the user who is using the site?

Its an ASP.Net application, I have anonomous access switched off and windows integrated security switched on.
