I am having a problem with this Windows XP service pack 2 firewall. I want to configure the firewall to allow all incomming traffic from our companies internal network. Is their a way to configure the firewall to allow all incomming traffic from our internal domain, Thank You.

Windows Firewall Settings for Service Pack 2

If you go into the seetings of the Win Firewall, go to the Advanced tab and your internal LAN should be selected to allow the firewall. Alternatively make sure that File and Printer sharing is selected on the General tab.
