We have been running an Arcserve copy job copying NT server disk contents to another machine for years with no problem.
Now, we have added new copy job for a Windows 2000 server and we are getting "Windows File Protection" errors copying certain files (like some in the Common Files area of C:\Program Files). Does anyone have any ideas how to get round this one (short of turning Windows File Protection off!)?
Exact copy of error:
Event ID: 64005
Source: Windows File Protection
Description:
The protected system file msvidc32.dll was not restored to its original, valid version because the Windows File Protection restoration process was cancelled by user interaction, user name is user. The file version of the bad file is 5.0.2134.1.
