Windows Explorer Toolbar Missing 1

The toolbar that contains the menus: File, Edit, View etc. is missing along witht the other toolbars. I know how to turn the other toolbars back on but I cant get into the view menu because its missing. Any ideas?

Alt+V?

I've tried the alt+v and alt+f commands and I get the infamous windows error beep.

Click on F11, then click on it again, it should default it back

I found a solution. You have to go into the registry and delete a file.

Ive got the same problem on my machine....can you tell me what file needs deleted from the Registry?
