When the user logs in Windows 98, one, two or three Windows Explorer windows open to My Computer and displays the directory. How do I make it stop? This is not part of the logon script. The RUN registry keys look fine. There are no bad entries in the Startup folders and it's not related to profiles either. This really bugging me!

Windows Explorer opens automatically when user logs in 1

When it is booted and Windows explorer is open, hold down shift and cliuck file and then close. Do this on all open explorer windows. They should not reappear on the next startup.
