Windows Explorer not updating

Win98SE does a few odd things on my users computers. When a CD is added, often it will not show up whether you click the drive it's in or not. Other times it may show up with an identical drive letter showing the same CD-Rom twice on two Drive D's. It doesn't seem tor refresh correctly and is occuring on at least a few of these computers. Any help would be appreciated.

All critical updates performed? Also, recommended updates include an IDE update which may or may not help you out. Check it out, can't hurt. Hope this helps!
