Windows explorer crashes at logon

Hi,

on my 2003 (R2 x64 with sp2) exchange server I am getting windows explorer errors eveytime I logon via RDP. Can anyone help me as to what mught be the cause? I'm not getting very far in finding out what is going on.

Thanks for your reply.

The MS article isn't the cause and Sophos PureMessage and Sophos Anti Virus are installed. It's all setup correctly, what settings specifically are you referring to?

I don't want to disable DEP at the moment, This didn't start off being a problem when the server was first built over a year ago but has recently started becoming more and more frequent. Explorer will crash about 4 times now when I logon through an RDP session.
