When one of my county agencies tries to run a program or we try to run carbon copy and connect to her computer or she tries to use the modem and call out to me she is getting an OE 0028:fsB88 in vtd winshift error anone have any suggestions. I recommended reinstalling widows does anyone think that will solve the problem or is there possibly some type of driver problem?
