Any technical help would be greatly appreciated with this.

I'm getting the: "Aloha Process Records has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." error.
Most specifically at the "Locating rec/event files to be processed…"

Never used it, but searching for "procrecs.exe aloha" bring up some possible helpful links such as - CDM_FAQ_and_Troubleshooting.doc
