recently my computer crashed, and whan I starte It up the dcreen reolution was really low, asswell as the color depth.
I think there are problems with drivers. Is it possible to completelly remove windows 98 and reinstall it? Or an easier way to reolve problem?

First thing to check is if your computer is starting in safe mode which it will sometimes do after a crash (it will tell you at startup if this is the case.
If it is starting normally then check your device manager (right click 'My Computer', select 'properties' and select the 2nd tab).
There will be a list of installed devices there, one of which will be the display adapter.
Is there a yellow or red exclamation mark on the device ?
If there is then you need to double click it and see what it is telling you.
If there is not then re-install your graphics card driver.

Let me know what you find.

Will.
