Not many in C nowadays: you'd probably have to look in a second hand bookshop. Most of them are in C++. Could probably try the ones by Herb Schultz. Some of the earlier ones are not too bad: they go through all the controls and have sample programs.
The other one is by Charles Petzold. This is more or less the Windows bible. However, it keeps on getting updated with the latest stuff, so if you want to code in C, you'll have to go for a very old edition.
