We've been having the following problem.
In a networked environment, WinXP, Win 2003 Server, Flash MX 2004 is installed legally on all computers.
Somehow, one of the users ran a trial version of Flash on one of the computers. I'm still not sure as to how that happened.
But, since then, this problem has propagated to other computers, in that when different users log on to different computers, they are prompted with the message that the trail version of Flash is up and to please enter the serial number.
Even though those computers have the complete version of Flash legally installed.
Why has that happened and what can I do to resolve it??
Thank you for your help.
