Just when I got RIS working like I wanted it, we decided to upgrade to Windows Deployment Services. I realize that I can still use my RIS stuff, but I'm trying to get everything changed over to WDS and I'm having difficulties. I know that my Windows XP images need to be sysprep'ed, but I can't get the sysprep.ini files to apply, and my driver files aren't loading correctly.

Currently, I have an image taken from a fully functional computer. It was sysprep'ed and I ran setup manager on it so that I could put in the license codes and all that other stuff. When the image is sent back to the computer, all the settings in the sysprep.ini file seem to be lost since I have to go through the whole setup procedure after imaging. Then, I have to boot into safe mode and reload the network driver since all the local accounts are disabled. Its getting a little frustrating. Does anyone have any advice they can give me?
