Run MSConfig and make sure your Scheduler is running.
If you have it in your systray, it is.
Right Click/Open
There you will see, in a seperate window where you can configure Disk cleanup/Defrag/Scan Disk the whole works.
Just mark one of the lines you wish to configure, Right Click/Properties/Schedule. You should be good to go.
Have a fine Microsoft Day
