OK...
I have put a SAMBA fileserver in place (On a Fedora 7 platform) and all went very well...UNTIL the client decided they want to use this machine as a PDC also.
I have set up the Samba side (best I can tell given the documentation I can find that is clear on the subject) and set up the Win2K machines they have to join the domain.
I am getting the following error when I try to join the domain on the Win2K side:
"The Credentials Supplied Conflict with an Existing Set of Credentials"
I am not using LDAP for this setup as it is far to complex for the simple set up they need. I would appreciate any help offered as I am getting EXTREMELY frustrated by this one.
