We are running Metaframe version 1.8
Have an application that displays pictures in .jpg format.
When the application is run on Citrix, the colors are terrible, when run locally on a PC (or locally on the Citrix Server itself), they look fine.
I looked at the settings in the neighborhood for the connection and noticed that there are only two options, 16 bit or 256 bit. When accessing the help function I see the following :
Window Colors
1. To change the number of window colors, de-select the Use server default box.
2. From the drop-down list, select the number of window colors to use - 16 or 256.
3. Click OK save the changes.
To return to the server default setting, select the Use server default box.
I tried checking (selecting) the "use server default" but that had no affect, the photos still display terrible.
(I assumed that the server default were the properties for the server display which are set at 65536 colors, we are running NT 4.0)
Can someone assist me with information as to how to get metaframe 1.8 to display resolutions higher than 256 or are we stuck?
Thanks
